Police in Makueni have launched investigations after a male human body part was found dumped at Kiongwani near Sultan Hamud, along the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway. Detectives say the part may have been severed elsewhere before being abandoned at the scene.
Police in Makueni County have opened investigations after a male human body part was recovered at Kiongwani area in Mukaa Sub-County, along the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway.
According to a police report filed at Sultan Hamud Police Station under OB No. 16/10/06/2026, officers on routine patrol were alerted by members of the public who had spotted the suspected human body part near the busy highway.
Officers from Sultan Hamud Police Station, accompanied by detectives from DCI Mukaa, visited the scene and confirmed that the recovered body part was a human penis, believed to belong to an unidentified male.
Preliminary investigations suggest the body part may have been severed elsewhere before being dumped at the location.
Investigators processed the scene before transferring the body part to Sultan Hamud Sub-County Hospital Mortuary for preservation, pending identification and further forensic examination.
The matter has been recorded as a pending case under investigation, with detectives from DCI Mukaa leading efforts to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and identify the victim.
